Agree -- I really like my iPhone, but for now Google has Apple's me.com beat by a landslide of functionality.
I can't believe you can share accounts in family .. what is the point other than a discount!!!

We've used Google calendar for awhile .. my wife's secretary publishes her work calendar into our family calendar and mine does the same ... Common on Apple get with it .. you are being left in the dust .. either that or you are have a really hard time playing catch up!!
For a paid service -- I'm frankly disappointed!

I'm hoping that say my calender will be red, and hers blue, (like work and home appear different colors). So that if say i make an appointment for something, it then appears in her calender so she knows what is planned? Anyone using a family pack already know this answer? cheers in advance Hope this helps you out. We currently use one mobileme account. I have the master account so I get push everything (mail, calendar, contacts etc). Hubby has an additional email address for my individual mobileme account. He can only fetch mail but the key for us is that he gets push calendar to share calendar, contacts, bookmarks. We use one calendar but colour code his / hers / kids etc but the great thing is that we get all the changes on our own iPhones as soon as it happens. I would be more than happy to go for a family subscription once it behaves like a family (see second link below) Here are some links that I found useful.
